Description 1954 NICE CONDITION TISSUE, neatly folded, cut and checked out and the B welt piece appears to be missing. only a few pieces too. simplicity 4770 25 inch waist, hip 33 inches, teen age skirt, 1 yard of 54 inch fabric, simple to make slim skirt styled with pleat at lower edge of center front.. 1 is fitted with darts at the front waist and features welt trim. the welt piece missing.. Pleat is top stitched from waist to hem.. 2 has soft pleats at waist in front. topstitching accents each side of seam above pleat.. use 1,2, cord, velveteen, cotton, pique, denim,velvet etc.. faille, rayon suitings, gab etc... just a nice skirt. wear on pattern jacket not perfect. nicely folded tissue. simplicity 4770.
