OLD PATTERN CIRCA 1960S,  NICE pattern, . doll clothes for 18 inch  toddler dolls like Suzie Sunshine, Chatty Baby, Belletelle  , love those dolls.. WAIST   11.5 inches.. . SIMPLE SEW 1 smock has long raglan sleeves, ribbon drawstrings at neck and sleeve edges and patch pocket trim.. 2 dress has full gathered skirt and lace medallion trim.. 2,3, dresses are sleeveless and have back snap closings.. 3 hat is held in place in back and under chin with ribbon ties.. 4 top ties at side edges and in back with ribbons.. 4 pants are fitted at waist and leg edges with elastic in casings.. 5 pajama top has back snap closing. below the knee length pants are fitted at waistline with elastic in casing.. robe has 3/4 length raglan sleeves and is fitted at neck edge with ribbon drawstring. use cottons, linens, silks etc.. great pieces for this circa 1960s famous doll  simplicity 4839 CIRCA 1963     I have an 18 inch doll size simplicity 4839 cut and checked out all accounted for .. used a web picture.
