simplicity Vintage Sewing Pattern #4981 Man's Sport Shirt Size Medium 15" - 15 1/2" CUT Pattern, Counted, Complete, With Instruction Sheet this is so old and nostalgic.. makes me think of my dad.. simplicity 4981 medium size. have one in very nice condition size medium and also have one with tears on pattern not perfect. cut and checked out ok. all accounted for.. casual shirt features convertible collar which may be worn open at neck or closed. The shirt back is gathered and joined to a yoke which extends to the front in a forward shoulder seam.. the pointed collar is fetured in both views.. 1, long sleeves pleated to button wristbands. pocket and collar are accented with saddle stitch.. 2 short sleeves has an additional pocket sewn to right front..9 pieces only. dated 1954 nice tissue. wear on pattern jacket, fragile. and have one lovely condition original seal is on and sealed that one goes first, size medium.
