High waisted dress in evening or street length has slightly gathered skirt attached to fitted bodice with scoop neckline and button trim. Stole has purchased jewel trim. butterick 5212 size 12 bust 34 just when sizing changed over circa 1968 to 69. and would change again a few years down the road.... partly cut and checked out ok all accounted for. waist 25.5. nice pattern bit of a crease.. used a web picture. use soft or crisp fabrics.. zipper and four buttons etc..
