Description Simplicity 5490; ©1982; Jessica McClintock for Gunne Sax - Lace and ribbon trimmed dress with skirt gathered to princess bodice at waistline, has V neck front band with button trim, back zipper, tie ends, and set in sleeves gathered to armholes and buttoned cuffs. V 1 has elbow length sleeves V 1 and 2 are short length. V2 and 3 have long sleeves. Long length V3 has self ruffle. this pattern is uncut nice condition, original folds.. Simplicity 5490 size 10 bust 83 cm modern sizing.. used web picture....fabrics cotton types etc.. lovely Gunne Sax dress the first one in this design I have come across... not used, top flap is missing.
