Description lovely pattern, bit of wear, nice condition 1973 the era of the caftans... thought this was uncut, it was so nicely folded but there are a few cut pieces will check it out before it goes.. not many pieces..pants have elastic waist and back zip.. short caftan 1 or long caftan 2 with front slit at high round neck has tucks below front insets, side front and back seams, long set in kimono type sleeves.. 1 caftan is trimmed with rick rack or zig zag stitching. use muslin, chambray, linen, silk linen, soft ltwt wool, matte jersey etc.. pants need zipper. size 10 newer sizing, bust 32 1/2, waist 25 and hip 34 1/2 inches.. very nice pattern, Simplicity 6044, 8 pieces... pants are uncut, and the caftan is folded so beautifully I really hate to take this pattern apart.. have one in size 10 uncut original folds and that one goes first. uncut ones always go first... .
