Description Simplicity 7130; ????1967; Kilt in Two Lengths: Kilt has top-stitched, pressed pleats, waistband, laps right over left and has optional belt tabs, pin, fringe and purchased belt. V1 is regular length. V2 is above knee-length. size 26 inch waist, hip 36 inches. partly cut and checked out ok all accounted for.. nice condition. hard to find kilt pattern.
