Description 7173 WRAP TOP, FLARE SKIRT,FLARE PANTS 75 PATTERN 12...This is another fine size 12, bust 34, waist 26 1/2, hip 36 inches... just a lovely pattern, an unknown mystery designer.. 1975 simplicity 7173, size 12, nice condition pattern only partly cut, skirt cut only... the shoulder length of this pattern is shorter and the head of the sleeve is higher.... misses front wrap top, skirt and wide leg pants.. Designer Fashion: the skirt and wide leg pants have back zip and waistband.. the front wrap top with V shape neck has flare collar, long set in sleeves gathered with elastic casings, forming self ruffles and self fabric tie ends wrapped in back, tied in front. use sateen, challis, surah, print silk, crepe, etc.. top also in voile, batiste, dot swiss, chiffon. skirt and pants also in satin, velvet, velveteen, double knit etc.. very lovely pattern dress up or down... a bit peasant, a bit hippie, and very classy... simplicity 7173. lovely wrap tied tops and flare bottoms... designer unknown.. cut and checked out ok. all accounted for.
