The four gore skirt is flare with a horizontal tuck detail.. In Version B one loop of the collar is folded over and held in place with a costume pin at the neckline.. belt may be worn with or without a buckle.. one piece street and afternoon dress size 14 old sizing, bust 32, waist 26, hip 35 inches and they measure hip different in that era..
