8477 '39 VOGUE SHAPED 1 BREASTED COAT, FUR PLASTRON, BELT PATTERN 18 36"B

BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE VOGUE 8477 CIRCA 1939 actually pencil markings on front,, and dated november 1939.. size 18 old sizing bust 36 inches waist 30 and hip 39 inches, measured 7 inches from waist at that time I believe.. fitted single breasted coat with shaped front and back seaming, built up neckline, two pc sleeves and flare back skirt fullness.. fur or fur fabric plastron is loose at front above the hip pockets.. the plastron front extends into built up collar and shaped shoulder extensions at back.. novelty belt is optional.. coat is lined.. beautiful bit of wear all accounted for.., use soft woolen, tweed, flannel, novelty woolen, lyons velvet, rayons, linen, etc. etc. all 11 pieces are accounted for.. and the tissue is in good condition with some pin adjustments,, left the pins in and have encased all the lovely tissue in a heavy duty plastic bag with the original envelope and instructions for protection.. pattern jacket is in nice enough condition for its age.
