Corded self bias tie worn under collar. Edgestitching. Semi-fitted, lined vest, below waist length, has notched collar and lapels cut-in-one, front buttoned closing, welt pockets, shaped front hemline, side slits and back belt with purchased buckle. Topstitch and edgestitch trim. A-line skirt, seven inches below back hemline pleat and narrow hem. Topstitch and edgestitch trim.
