I love this house, plastic and decorated for Christmas. about 6 x 4 x 3.5 inches. I have not posted this house before and had it for many years. from Hallmark Cards. Although plastic I love the texture and detailing of this house... It is all one unit construction.  and does not open. replica from the movie featured on the Hallmark Hall of Fame.   filed inv 10 2021 bin ds ok  ..  tHIS ITEM WOULD look wonderful with a Christmas Village setting.
