The Milano is a comfortable, versatile three-piece dress consisting of a pullover blouse, vest and skirt. The pullover blouse has a bias bound jewel neck and a two-piece sleeve that forms a vent at the center hem. The elastic waist skirt is cut very slim and long and is bound down the left front and on the bottom edges; it has a walking vent in the front and back. It also has a side set-in pocket. The vest complements the ensemble with its very long point that hangs free and creates a slenderizing vertical line with its folds and contrast bias binding, or it can be tied. The vest is lined with a contrast color or print and may be reversed.
