This is a 2 piece knit outfit with a navy blue pull on skirt.  Because it was only made for one year, it can be harder to find and often the skirt will have problems with the elastic being stretched out or worn out. NICE NAVY SKIRT and in the pics is a royal blue knit goes with a knit outfit listed separately

I have the sweater and the skirt,  I just see a few loose threads.  nice outfit love this sweater.  at least 4 sweaters  and  3 skirts   filed 1 2021     CHOICE OF THE SWEATER OR THE SKIRT  CHOOSE SWEATER OR SKIRT IN THE MENU..   all are nice, one may have a few loose threads..  one of the skirts is a deep navy blue and one skirt is more of a royal blue.  7 2022  box 2 

This is one of the first ensembles to include the "squishy" shoes, which were used often during the Mod era.  Both shoes are identical and are marked JAPAN on the bottom of each shoe.

The Mattel Daily Newspaper is considered rare and is very hard to find.

A later Mod Barbie ensemble had the same name, Knit Hit #1804 (1968 - 1969).
