Description EXCEPTIONAL ALMOST PERFECT,,I took one look at her and said 1948 and that is what she is.. all original outfit. satin floor gown and original bow. she is in the Canadian book of dolls the pink and the green book. 17 inches tall approximately. lovely tied back satin ivory gown, long veil, slip undies, rayon socks. and leatherette shoes, and described in the book satin dress with big bow and there is on her lower left side, , the odd little mark on her dress, not bad for being over 60 years old... fresh blush on limbs. she looks picture perfect.. blue sleep eyes, very 40s rolled bangs hair do.. closed red painted mouth; painted lower lashes, no upper lashes... honey blonde hair, fully jointed.. under her wig Canada and Reliable markings.. sold as I received her, I do not know her previous history, could not have been played with. only on display.. the book says mohair but this wig seems to be lovely curled saran or nylon hair., old bobby pins to hold her veil in place... valuable Canadian doll 1948 all composition.. . teen body. expressive and contemplative... . weighs about 900 grams.
