9.5 INCH 1960S TAMMY CLONE, HOMESPUN DRESS, SHOES, BONNET  she is a mystery but looks to me like the Canadian Reliable Mary Poppins Tammy doll.  Her clothes are attached or non removable so cannot check for any information. She is probably made in Hong Kong..  Very cute doll.  wearing a green homespun vintage dress with black tied belt at waist..  brown hair rooted.. Black lacy bonnet, and black shoes..  As shown in the pictures.. Filed doll box inv 9 2021 doll box br.. I was told she is a Horsman doll so she may be the Horsman Mary Poppins doll redressed
