many dolls in Florence doll estate and this is one of them. close to unplayed with after all these years.. original sheer pinky gauzy dress with lace and pink ribbon and bonnet.. shoes are probably added on later, sheepskin type vintage shoes.. pinned to her legs so do not want to remove them.. probably straw stuffed and disc joints as shown in pictures.. 1927+ Amberg Vanta Baby doll, bisque head 20-22" tall or composition head 16-20" tall, composition and cloth body, molded painted hair, sleep eyes, open mouth with teeth. doll usually marked Vanta Baby Amberg. is the description from the internet.. this doll is about 23 inches tall and great condition for her age.. definitely 1920s mama type doll with compo shoulderhead, two big teeth in open mouth, painted blue eyes, light blonde molded hair, overall nice doll, do not know her previous history.. bit of crazing, not bad for her age. inventory #1693 SHE has a rub on her nose and noticed other Vanta Baby dolls seem to have this rub on the nose, probably from a fall. she has pits on her face but no open splits or cracks.. dont know what that is from, maybe age wear.. she has two cute teeth and a tongue. painted eyes not sleep eyes and very light blonde hair.. the pictures turned out quite dark but this is a really nice vintage doll... her dress has a bit of wear, see three tiny pin holes lower bottom of dress, may be an age stain here and there.., lovely dress and matching onesie. her little sister is listed separately. filed  bR BIN 10 2020  ok inventoried
