12", 11" HUNGARIAN DOLLS, COMPO FACES, CLOTH BODY, MITT HANDS, RED BOOTS, ORIGINAL COSTUMES

I found a bit of a write up in the international doll book that this charming lady is a lady from Hungary,, composition shoulder head, and cloth body and arms, body, seams up the front of the legs.. red cloth boots, mitt arms.. we have two Hungarian ladies and they will go together. .. the slightly taller one at 12 inches with a silver trim on her bodice and rich cotton print bodice has a smooth composition face with colorful pom poms on her head piece. she has silver ribbons throughout the outfit and a gold ribbon also.. multi layers... she has a taffeta or rayon type long slip, and bloomers with the sewn on red heeled dancing boots. and she will go home with her sister who may be slightly older in age.. She has a multi layer skirt and has embroidery band at waist and gold ribbon. her head dress is more muted, she has a composition face also and sewn fingers mitt hands.. Her hands are larger than her sister. she has a slip long with lace tgrim and red sewn boots no heels... She has the same type of bloomers as her sister.. This girl's skirt needs a bit of stitching on one layer.. interesting doll circa 1940s onwards from Hungary.. all original bit of wear, had her for years.. on display.. as you see her.., composition is nice no lifting or cracking, painted blue eyes, . this sister may be a bit older her composition is more dull, and red dots corner of eyes, closed red lips, red in nostrils.. well made doll of her era.. both go home together.. The taller girl is about 12 inches and her sister I believe older era is about 11 inches tall. filed lr 12 2020 ok
