7" HARD PLASTIC AFRICAN TRIBAL BUGUSU WOMAN DOLL, HEAVILY BEADED, LEATHER CAPE

THERE IS A TINY TAG WITH THIS SMALL 7 INCH HARD PLASTIC DOLL\  AND IT LOOKS LIKE BUGUSU   AND could not find this online but found in Uganda Bagisu.   actual origin unknown.   African Tribal doll, 7 inches tall and heavily beaded. a tiny tag says Dugusu or Bugusu woman but I cannot find anything similar online. very hard plastic doll., jointed arms, one piece body, and neck. ... Close to the head tight hair painted red. inset amber eyes could be glass, molded lashes. So much beading on this doll and has the silver rings on each arm... The black cape appears to be black leather with a lot of embellishment.   will go as small packet tracked or parcel mail.. thank you  filed 10 2020 bin.     9 2021 inv  I would estimate this doll circa 1960s with the one piece body.
