AND THIS COUPLE measures about 8 inches from the top of his hat to the wooden base.. label is under the base.. so they are about 7 1/2 inches tall on estimate.. and gloriously dressed, she is all in white netting over a pale blue satin full gown, with white peasant cotton sleeves, ruffled Elizabethan type collar, gorgeous braided bun at the back, she has almost white hair,, hands are carved.. and like a stocking or paper mache face.. love his eyebrows, he is handsome in his black wool felt frock coat, well detailed and crop black pants and Russian style boots., she has black painted boots on.. estimate the 60s for this delightful bridal couple set of dolls.., they are fairly heavy.. great display dolls.. INVENTORY 794 do not know what their overall composition is, arms feel like they have wire in them. for poseability,,, probably stuffed cloth bodies,, very interesting features, his pillbox cap is black felt and red satin on the top.. and these are hand made so would be one of a kind.. doll room shelf 4 inventoried ok
