7 1/2'' LOVELY CELLULOID FACE FRENCH DOLL IN REGION COSTUME #1370

Description very charming miss would say she would be a more mature woman than a girl.. nicely done in the costume of her Region, perhaps Alsace or Nice.. laced bodice, rich costume, black apron,, nice full red skirt with black belvet trim.. large headdress.. and she has the nicest smiling facial features, believe it is celluloid.. and her arms and legs could be plastic, so would estimate her date around the 1950 era..... stiff long gauzy underskirt.. the only flaw seems to be some black paint loss on the feet which represent shoes.. covered by her long skirt.. very soft hair.. almost like human hair.. as shown in picture.. great doll for any collection about 7 1/2 inches tall. inventory 1370 doll room intnl box inventoried ok shelf 7
