Dolls are usually marked: Made in Germany P Sch or Germany P.Sch. + a mold number and are of good quality. this is a history of Peter Scherf antique German dolls.. Our adorable girly doll is about 17 inches tall. and exactly as I received her.. she was a one owner doll.. her body seems good with lower compo legs. leather body.. and P. Scherf and Germany on back of shoulder head.. a number underneath but cannot read it due to the leather covering it. could be an 8 or a 2.. I so love her vintage long drop waist dress. would say it was made from antique fabric like the old drapery material. lace trim.. long ringlet red hair.. would say the wig is replaced but sure suits her.. charming miss for any collection... Stationary blue eyes and open mouth full of teeth... inventory 2085 lr filed ff ok inventoried lr 1 2021 cabinet DMD RED DEER 5 2023 INV
