wow this is vintage circa 1968 and vogue 7683 just when sizing changed over and this lovely classic ensemble is a maternity dress or tunic and pants. A line dress or tunic with front seaming detail has standing collar, patch pockets with flaps and wrist length sleeves.. topstitch trim.. Slightly taper pants with stretch front panel has elastic waist.. use crisp fabrics. dress has zipper and tunic. uncut pattern bit of edge wear.. size 8 bust 31.5 and hip 33.5 waist 23 and waist size would increase a bit a few years later..
