Flare petticoat, lower calf has elastic waist, yokes, attached ruffle.. purchased jewel stones, pompoms, cord, top and belt. use felt, ltwt broadcloth and ltwt satin.. appliques of felt. ruffles of netting.. poodle, cat and record applique. both patterns combined.. and I have another one solo of butterick 4114 size 14 to 18 and one in 6 to 12 new uncut if you wish this one solo please advise.
