I believe you purchase these heads separately and this pattern is for the body and clothes. use cottons.. sweater of knits.. and pants, overalls of denim, twill.. 1992 uncut pattern, some wear on pattern jacket, this one is 209 filed as butterick 6188.. 2 IN STOCK, and have one in 6188 uncut original and one 6188 that does not have pattern jacket but full instructions and uncut tissue... last one to go. and also have one uncut 209, if you wish the butterick 6188 ceramic pattern choose 8 in the menu.. also have 6189 same styled pattern uncut and is for the lamb, goose and four outfits, 16 inches too, with clothing, love lambies.. if you wish the 6189 choose 9 in the menu..
