A line skirt 3 inches below mid knee or lower calf has contour waist, lined yokes extending into single layer tie ends, one way pleat opening and side pockets.. narrow hem.. use soft or crisp fabrics.., wee bit of wear.. circa 1980.... . We have a size 12 bust 34, this pattern partly cut checked out ok cut shorter... some notations on front of pattern jacket... Top is adjusted plus about 1.5 inches .. #11 tie ends is missing as well. The top that is adjusted a piece is added with pins.. rest is not used .
