simplicity 8760 1978 pattern learn to sew, notations on pattern jacket, cut and checked out ok.. yes I can learn to sew, patterns for appliques included.. to make chair pads, napkins and reversible place mats.. 1,2,3, reversible place mats with reverse side of contrast or coordinating fabric can be made with matching hemmed napkins. Rectangular place mat 1 with rounded corners is encased in bias tape.. Rectangular place mats 2 with tulip applique is trimmed with rick rack.. Oval place mat 3 features purchased piping.. chair pad x 4 has self fabric ties. 5 is encased in fold over braid forming ties.. just a nice linens pattern vintage, previously owned and cute and checked out ok.. appliques are cut out onto silver paper.. I also have one crisp uncut one that goes first.
