 GUNNE SAX DESIGNER SIMPLICITY 5918 , modern sizing.. fitted button front dress in two lengths. adjustable for miss petite.. dress with stand uip collar, front yoke, band and ribbn trim inset hs ruffled skirt gathered to bodice, pockets in side seams and tie ends.. 1,2, have leg o mutton sleeves gathered to armholes and to wide cuffs with loops and buttons.. 1 with self ruffles can be made with yoke and cuffs cut from pre tucked fabric or matching fabric to be tucked.. ballet length 2 has lace fabric overlays on yoke and cuffs.. 2,3, have lace ruffles.. 3 short sleeves gathered to armholes and to button cuffs.. use cottons, chambray, muslin etc.. challis, ltwt linen..3 also in calico.. very feminine lovely condition quaint styled dress could be used as a bridal party dress too.. simplicity 5918 1983..  I have one cut and checked out ok all accounted for size 8 Europe 36 bust 80 cm. nice pattern. name on front
