ORIGINAL MAILING MAIL ORDER ENVELOPE IS ONLY HALF THERE, ESTIMATE THE 70S AND THIS IS AN ENGLISH MAIL ORDER PATTERN NO. 7742, AND SIZE 16 AND ACCORDING TO THE SIZING ON THE INSTRUCTIONS SHEET this would be circa 1970 when the sizing first changed over.. this is size 16, bust 38, waist 29 and hip 40 inches.. 1/2 inch seam turning allowed except where otherwise stated. no write up per se. lots of instructions, dressmaking sheet also.
