Kilt-type skirt with top-stitched pleats and waistband has optional self-fabric or purchased fringe, pin and purchased belt. Either mini (18 1/4") or regular (23 1/4") length. Beret has band and wool pom-pon. Dated 1967. thick and heavy extra postage... partly cut checked out ok all accounted for. sticker rub bit of wear. size 7 junior petite bust 32, , waist 23.5 inches..
