Description CUTE TIE PATTERN VINTAGE 1971. wOODSTOCK ERA.. McCall's 2971 for 40 minute ties.. 3 1/2: tie, a 4 1/2: tie and a 3 1/2" bow.. measurements taken at widest part.. tie and facing cut in one pc.. interfacing is the finished shape of tie.. the 3 1/2 inch bow is interfaced, self faced then sewn in place.. bow pattern is given in 14", 15", 16" 17" neck sizes and closed with a hook and eye closure.. if bow is velvet, ribbon neckband is used to avoid thickness under the collar.. use poly, rayon, silks, cotton, satin, madras etc.. etc.. 3 1/2" bow also velvet, etc. etc.. partly cut and checked out ok all accounted for.. vintage tie pattern and bow tie too.. cute..
