9469 VOGUE BLOUSON BK V DRESS LENGTHS,BELT PATTERN 14-18 VERY LOOSE fit dress below mid knee or evening length, drop shoulders, shoulder pads, blouson bodice, mock wrap back, elastic seam waist, strt skirt , contrast belt and cap or long sleeves.. B back hemline slit.. use crepe, tissue faille, stable knits, silkie jacquard etc. also lame for belt.. have one uncut very nice condition this one goes first, original folds and heavy, I also have one with wear on pattern jacket not perfect size 14 to 18 bust 36 to 40 inches. thought this pattern was uncut but it has been cut at size 16 partly cut checked out ok all accounted for sizes 14, 16 best utilized
