DRESS , TOP AND SKIRT... loose fit slightly A line pullover dress below mid knee or top has collar, shoulder pads, short sleeves with cuffs or long sleeves with button cuffs and tie, quite middy, sailor looking.. dress: pockets and contrast... Top has contrast tie.. A line skirt below mid calf has waistband,yokes and side zip. all have hems stitched in place. purchased belt. use crepe de chine, challis, silk jacquard, batiste and chambray.. nice pattern good condition uncut circa late 70s to early 80s... very easy very vogue 9190. BUST 31 1/2 TO 34 INCHES.
