Description PARTLY CUT AND CHECKED OUT OK, BIT OF WEAR VOGUE 2328 1989 size 8 to 10 bust 31 1/2 to 32 1/2 inches. misses/misses petite blouse. very loose fit blouse has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, concealed button closing and above elbow or long sleeves with pleated cap. narrow hem. A.B.C. collar extends into tie ends.. D tie. D and E collar variations on band.. most use silkie jacquard, tissue faille, chambray, ltwt broadcloth, crepe de chine. also chiffon for tie D. basic design rated very easy.. nice blouse.
