Very Loose-fitting blouse has standing collar, dropped shoulders, forward shoulder seams, front band, inset and above elbow or full-length sleeves gathered or pleated into buttoned cuffs. Topstitching, edgestitching and narrow hem. A and B: Patch pocket. C: Contrast collar, front band and inset. Purchased belt.  vogue 8431 nice pattern originally  20-24  partly cut at 22 so 20, 22 best utilized  very easy.  use A panel prints.. and b.c. cotton shirting, silkie linen etc.. etc.bit of extra postage due to weight.. used web picture..   originally bust 42 to 46 inches
