Description fine VOGUE PATTERN Vogue 9620 circa very early 70s, on estimation probably newer sizing.. waist 24 inches, hip 33 1/2 inches.. looking at a modern size 8 which is waist 24 and hip 33 1/2 inches. go by the actual size of 24" waist.. use soft or crisp fabrics, tartan plaids, flannel and tweed, also challis, pongee, crepe de chine, shantung and wool crepe for A and C. .. lovely skirt kilt rare design even 40 years later..vogue 9620 uncut nice condition, original folds. great skirts vintage uncut front wrap kilt mid knee length, 3 inches below mid knee or evening length, has waistband, side front and back one way pleats stitched to above hipline and left side front closing variations.. with or without self fringe.. purchased tops.. absolutely beautiful.. no zippers. toggles, hooks, eyes, buttons etc..... uncut circa 1970s front wrap kilt skirt no rating, cute, vogue 9620 24 inch waist size.. uncut thick pattern.
