(B) Flare skirted version.   bit of edge wear nice dress pattern  used wikki picture.  butterick 9895  size 16  bust 36 inches old sizing waist 28 inches..partly cut checked out ok all accounted for..  use silk crepes,wool crepes, wool jerseys etc..  zipper at back.
