Simplicity 4564; ca. early 1960s; Juniors' and Misses' One-Piece Dress and Jacket: Dress has short kimono sleeves, back zipper closing, slim skirt with side front gathers and back kick pleat. Belt may be self or purchased. Jacket has 3/4 length kimono sleeves and is lined to the edge. Dress and jacket may have top-stitching. CUT AND CHECKED OUT OK all accounted for bit of wear.. junior size 11, bust 31.5 old sizing. waist 24.5, hip 33.5 inches.. use cottons, challis, poplin, cotton crepe, gingham etc. etc.. 2 jacket also in mohair, ss dress and jacket and belt too.  FOR THIS SIZING CHOOSE 11 JR IN THE MENU.    I also have one size 14 miss bust 34 old sizing. bit of edge wear partly  cut and checked out ok choose 14 thank you
