9'' HIGH WHIMSY ROLDAN SPAIN ORIGINAL MALE SKIIER, SKIS, POLES

Roldan dolls have a very specific and stylized look. They are made of cloth and felt, and were produced in Barcelona, Spain from the 1950s to early 1970s. This is an adorable skier in excellent condition with no visible signs of tears or wear. It is difficult to find these dolls in such good condition. I have had a few similar whimsy dolls that is what I call them and this is a vintage skiier.. green sweater under his vinyl jacket. and he looks to be straw stuffed.. red felt peak hat. original skis and poles.. not bad condition.. would estimate 1950s to maybe 1960 for him. Inventory 71. his wooden skiis are about 9.5 inches long. height is about 8.5 inches tall.. doll room. His poles and skiis are intact. felt boots and yellow rib socks, ski pants.. really cute whimsy skiier. charlotte 77 filed ok
