Description Butterick 4390; ca. 1970s UNCUT in original factory folds with instructions. misses tops. A - Semi-fitted top has pointed collar, tucked inset front bands, full length sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs, side slits (button and loop closing on deep left side slit) and topstitch trim. B - Loose-fitting top has sailor collar, slightly below-elbow length raglan sleeves extending into front yoke, front buttoned closing extending into pleat, front tucks released below bustline and topstitch trim... used a web picture. original folds uncut size 10, sticker rub, bit of wear on flap.
