semi fit long tunic with standing neckline has wrist length sleeves with button trim; welt pockets and self belt.. skirt is attached to long camisole.. belt. use soft or crisp fabrics, linen, pique, lt and med wt wool, bonded jersey, etc. so like a layered look.
