AND A LEAFLET of directions.. but also included in this pattern is a bulletin of crafts dated 1938 which is so intriguing.. this is an exciting find.. string holders and string holders today for antique collectors are very collectible.. we have a dog house, B squash, C fire crackers, D carrot, E cabbage, and F apple..,, wee bit of wear not bad.. what a collectible pattern this is. and including the 1939 newsletter as well. this would make a memorable craft for any craft fair too.. THE oCTOBER 1938 bulletin is from the Canadian Home Journal a Canadian Production and has eight gifts that will please,, even a cream oilcloth curtain tie back. or bed pocket for invalid, , clothespin bag, glass ash tray, knitting bag, a kitchen string bag, little mop for glasses.. and decorative match boxes,, and even a peasant doll pincushion, and cat duster holder.. and some ideas.. the prices for some of these items listed in this newsletter is a real eye opener...., for instance the little doll about 5 cents..
