Description Simplicity Retro Costume pattern designed by Theresa LaQuey. Swing dress features 8 gored skirt stitched to bodice at fitted waistline. Back zipper closing; machine stitched hems. Sweetheart neckline, shaped front yoke. Sleeveless with or short sleeves. The short gathered sleeves have sleeve headings to help keep them puffed. Swing and sway with these lovely dresses designed especially for dancing. Flared, eight gore skirt stitched to bodice at fitted waistline, back zipper and hand or machine-stitched hems. Bodice A: taken from the 1940s has sweetheart neckline shaped front yoke and gathered sleeves with sleeve headings. Sleeveless bodice B from the 1950s features front notch detail. . extra seam allowances have been included for a better fit dress. so this is 1940s and 50s era.. Manufacture Date: 1999 Sizes 10, 12 and 14 are all included.
