Description simplicity 5581 size 18, BUST 38 inches.. for a nice dress. nothing too fancy, just classic good looks.. bit of edge wear from storage. 1964.. not used uncut, pre owned.. one pc dress. jewel neck, set in sleeves, back zip, topstitching trim and self fabric or purchsed belt.. bodie and skirt have side front sections. skirt features inverted pleats.. 1 sleeves are below elbow length.. 2 bodice trimmed with buttons and matching tie; sleeves are short.. use cottons, textured cottons, linen, silks, synthetics, wools, crepe, jersey, sheer woolens etc.. just a nice flare dress.. size 18... waist 30 and hip 40 inches the old sizing. zipper needed..
