Description McCall's 8499; ??1966; Misses' Sleeveless Dress or Slip and Overdress or Dress. Three section sheath dress or slip, with high cut armholes, or sheer overdress or non-sheer dress with long sleeves set in high cut armholes. Sheath or slip has French darts at front, vertical back darts, faced neck and armholes, and may be underlined. Neck and sleeves of overdress or dress are gathered to fabric bands or to grosgrain ribbon trimmed with beaded banding???. All versions have centered back zippers. uncut nice pattern mccalls 8499 size 14 bust 34 older sizing. sizing would change again within a few years.. waist 26 inches.. used a pic from wikkia. nice condition. use crepe, brocades, wool crepe, silk linen etc. etc..
