A halter fill in with 3 1/2 inch wide self ruffle has V neck and center front hooked opening.. ruffle is self faced and halter is lined with lining fabric.. waistline ribbon or tape in casing ties at back.. B bib is organdy, edged with ruffle lace. two additional rows of ruffle lace are stitched down center front.. attached lace neck ruffle is over an organdy neckband, snapped at center back.. matching ruffle lace cuffs, center elastic.. Bib and cuffs shown over a dress could also be worn tucked under a suit jacket..
