173 VOGART COLORFUL SMOCKING BORDERS VINTAGE TRANSFER PATTERN

Description VINTAGE,, I know there are several out today that are modern , there is no date on this and this would definitely have to be vintage circa late 50s to 60s... lovely smocking borders for dress up, frocks, etc..,originally was .15 cents at time of production so would say it is an older transfer.. unused crisp blue transfer inside.. number 173 vogart, some side seam separation, bit of wear on pattern jacket. lovely transfer..
