Straight, gathered skirt, mid-calf or evening length has waistband, one-way front pleat, and side zipper. Purchased belt. UNCUT and Complete Size 8 Bust 31"" Waist 24" Hips 33??"" bit of a rub, edges folded a bit. uncut pattern used a web picture.. nice pattern vogue 1402 size 8 misses top and skirt.. use silk jacquard tissue faille jersey and challis also velveteen for skirt crepe de chine etc.. no provision for above waist adjustment...  I have one size 12 uncutt nice pattern bust 34   not used  choose one size from menu thank you
