Description vogue American Designer Bill Blass pattern # 1308, partly cut at size 14, pants are three sizes.. so best utilized size 12, 14. bust 34, 36 inches.. originally Sizes 12, 14 and 16. Pattern is for a misses jacket, skirt and pants. The jacket is loose-fitting, lined, above hip with shoulder pads, pockets, shaped hemline and long two-piece sleeves. The skirt is slightly tapered, lined, above mid-knee, and the pants are straight legged with front pleats and back zipper. The 12, 14, 16 sizes are for the following measurements: Size 12 - 34" bust, 26.5" waist, 36" hip Size 14 - 36" bust, 28" waist, 38" hip Size 16 - 38" bust, 30" waist, 40" hip average skill bit of wear.. use ltwt gab etc..
