Loose fit strt top or dress 3 inches below mid knee length, extended shoulders, shaped collar, front button band closing, front tucked into self lined yokes with forward shoulder seams, button patch pocket and short sleeves with turn back cuffs or full length sleeves pleated into shaped button cuffs.. use soft or crisp fabrics, ltwt flannel, ltwt gab, double knits, pongee etc.. just a lovely wardrobe ensemble..
